SENIOR BROKER
The Senior Broker will be responsible for developing a commercial, mixed-use, and other investment brokerage business in the Chicago and near-suburban markets. The Senior Broker will be expected to generate and secure 2-4 listings per month, increase the current client pipeline for commercial, mixed-use, and other investment properties. Also work in a collaborative team setting, both selling Senior Broker’s listings and listings of other brokers in the office. Desired applicants will have:
A bachelor’s degree at minimum, Masters is a plus
Detail Oriented
An Illinois Real Estate Sales License
At least 3 years of experience in Commercial Real Estate with a proven track record in brokerage
An entrepreneurial spirit, a self-starter
Highly self-aware
A desire to work independently without burdensome corporate hierarchies
Direct interactions with C-Suite
Willingness to learn about real estate technology
Strong people skills
Enthusiasm for the sales process
Knowledge of financial analysis
Robust organizational skills

JUNIOR BROKER
The Junior Broker will be responsible for working directly for a Senior Broker to help manage a commercial, mixed-use, and other investment brokerage business in the Chicago and near-suburban markets. The Junior Broker will be responsible for on-boarding new prospects, attending space tours, preparing proposals, researching listing information, taking photos of spaces, occasional prospecting, and creating weekly/monthly/quarterly pipeline reports. The Junior Broker will be expected to assist Senior Brokers in generating and securing 2-4 listings per month, increase the current client pipeline for commercial, mixed-use, and other investment properties and work in a collaborative team setting both selling Senior Broker’s listings and listings of other brokers in the office. Desired applicants will have:

Role Responsibilities:
Accept that this is not a remote position Implement operational improvements, working with the team to execute best practices in structuring efficient workflow.
Help define new strategies that increase the efficiency or effective responsiveness into existing operations.
Work closely and effectively with principal agent(s) to keep them informed of upcoming commitments and responsibilities including necessary follow up.
Complete real estate activities as required such as Rent and Vacancy Reports, Tax Reports, Marketing Campaigns, and Maintaining Client Lists
Brainstorm and Execute new ways to source clients
Maintain and manage Google Drive, Google Calendar, Contact Lists, Active Listings, Social Networks, and Website (Squarespace).
Manage external requests and retrieve messages on behalf of team, providing effective communication to both parties as appropriate
Coordinate calendars, legal case dockets, and schedule relevant meetings
Manage Proprietary Software in Microsoft Access
E-mail Marketing (Mailchimp)
Assist with ad-hoc projects & other ministerial duties as required by team.
Skills Required:

This role is a part time position. The ideal Candidate must be able to commit 15-20 hours a week. Hours and time in the office may fluctuate week to week. Hourly wage based on experience level. Hourly pay is $16 -$20. Hours subject to increase based on need.
