Amanda has worked in many facets of commercial real estate throughout her career. Starting as a legal intern at the office of the Cook County Treasurer, she gained knowledge of the intricate nature of real estate taxes and the interplay between government and commercial business. Her experience in the public sector continued as a judicial extern for Justice Charles E. Freeman at the Illinois Supreme Court, where she drafted opinions that would later hold precedent in Illinois state law. 

After law school, she sought an opportunity to marry her interests in both law and business and entered the private sector. While working for other commercial brokerages in Chicago, she began to manage a diverse real-estate portfolio as the chief legal counsel and preferred broker of Megara Properties.

Amanda is versed in lease drafting, negotiation, commercial and residential closings, title searches, property management, collections, and commercial evictions. Given her strong entrepreneurial upbringing, Amanda hopes to re-define Megara’s portfolio through development and to evolve with Chicago’s ever changing real-estate landscape. Seeing a serious lack of woman led commercial real estate brokerage and development companies, she started Coordinate Properties as the vehicle to accomplish her endeavors.

Amanda received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology and Business from Northwestern University and her Juris Doctorate from the Chicago-Kent College of Law. She is a first generation immigrant from Greece and she lives with her husband and Australian Shepard in Lincoln Park.

Kris Roberts serves as accounting, finance, and IT lead for Coordinate Properties.  Kris currently focuses on deal sourcing, transaction financing, corporate performance management, financial engineering, securities underwriting, and product development.

Prior to joining Coordinate Properties, Kris served as Director of Finance at various start-ups throughout Chicago & New York, where he both created and designed finance and accounting departments from scratch.  For over the last 15 years, Kris has acquired an extensive skill-set of building out both finance and accounting functions within start-up firms in various industries throughout the world, including: CPG,  Trading & Investing, Commercial/Residential real-estate, Manufacturing, and Public Accounting firms.  It’s this skill-set that provides this firm with the unique ability to offer clients creative solutions.  During his time at Coordinate Properties, he has written the software pioneering new ways to see property which include but are not limited to: comparative market analysis, categorical spatial valuations, predictive ecological analytics, and automated the accounting and finance/treasury functions. His multi-disciplinary approach to problem solving is unparalleled.

Kris received his Bachelors of Science in Accounting from DePaul University. Kris is also a licensed CPA in the State of Illinois.  He plays regularly on a men’s league hockey team out of Johnny’s Ice House and lives in Lincoln Park with his wife and Del Mar his Australian Shepard.

Aaron comes from Seattle, where he received his degree in Business and Human Resource Management from the University of Washington. He had the unique opportunity to master his passion for negotiations under the lead negotiator for Boeing, Dr. Ruth Huwe. After graduation, he began buying properties to expand his portfolio, which sparked his interest in real estate. 

Clients gravitate towards Aaron as their trusted realtor due to his care for detail, empathy, and ferocity to ensure his clients are always getting the best deals on their properties. Before Coordinate, Aaron was at Compass Properties but chose to make the jump due to Coordinate’s strong women-led operation, and their above and beyond support for their brokers and clients.

While Aaron supports a wide variety of clients, his specific focus lies within real estate investing. Currently, he runs an investment firm called Throughline Capital. They identify projects, raise capital, and manage short-term flips as well as long-term holds within the residential housing space.

Isabel is a licensed Illinois broker based in the amazing and multicultural city of Chicago. She has over 20 successful years of experience in client relations management, and currently works with buyers and sellers in the city of Chicago and surroundings suburbs; also she specializes in the West Loop, University Village, River North, Ukrainian Village, Noble Square and Pilsen areas.

Originally from Ecuador (hablo Español!), Isabel comes from an entrepreneurial family. She spent about 15 years in corporate America, heavily travel throughout Chicago and its suburbs, making her geographical savvy. She thrives on client satisfaction and closing deals with the best results for her clients and always follows through with commitments!

Billy is the newest agent to join the Coordinate family with over five years of real estate sales experience throughout Chicago and suburbs. There are not many situations in the real estate realm that Billy has not encountered. He loves the challenges associated with acquiring an investment property for a client or devoting countless hours working with rehabbers to strategize the right floor plan for their newest projects. He is also proud to have welcomed dozens of new homeowners into their biggest purchases, adding his engaging smile and words of encouragement for the future. Also a professional actor and licensed Illinois educator, Billy calls on all his presentation and demonstration skills to give all of his clients a one of a kind real estate experience, and he won’t quit until a deal reaches the closing.

Billy loves to brag about his years of guerilla marketing adventures with Red Bull and on the Smartwater promotions sprinter, then sold two-seater smartcars for Mercedes Benz, at one point reaching a pinnacle as the #10 smart salesperson in the US. His favorite Benz model is the SL65 AMG; fav smartcar is the BRABUS coupe. He joined Coordinate Properties to bring his expertise for brand development and marketing to his business and enthusiastically support Aaron by building the new Record Realty brand in Chicago.

Billy earned a Bachelor's degree in Theatre from Illinois State University and Masters in Teaching at National Louis. When he’s not living the realtor life, he’s wrestling with his many unfinished screenplays, going to sporting events with his teenage sons, and raising new twin boys with his partner, April.
