Changing Landscapes Feeling grateful as an essential business, the slowdown of the government shutdown has not stopped activity and growth within this firm's walls. Coordinate Properties has acquired a historical asset on behalf of a client in Andersonville, famously known as the "Castle on Berwyn". Furthermore we have commenced conducting the necessary restoration to make this 3-flat a sought out luxury rental in the Chicago market.   Coordinate Properties also has assisted another client with their residential condo "flip" come to market. Located in the heart of Lincoln Park, and given record low buyer's mortgage rates, this unit will likely not last long.  In addition to filling commercial vacant spaces, Coordinate Properties would like to establish a larger footprint within commercial development. We are in it for the long haul, thank you for continuing to follow the journey.     Further Team Building & Partnership Opportunities   This past month we finalized on-boarding an additional licensed real estate broker with exceptional industry knowledge, a diverse skill set, and proven track record of success. Help us welcome Mike Kaplun of KPLN Holdings to Coordinate Properties. Mike will be hanging his broker license with us while he continues to operate his own business as well. Beginning his professional career in 2010 as a property developer and accumulating experience in the full spectrum of real estate development and investment, he just recently attained his broker's license in an effort to further his knowledge and involvement in the real estate industry.
